Need to change your appointment?
Kindly give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, allowing us to accommodate other guests.
Less than 24 hours - 25% of schedule service
Running Late?
Kindly let us know as soon as you know. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service.
Regular charges apply.
Have Kids?
In order to maintain a peaceful environment, please leave children and additional guests at home. They will not be permitted in the spa.
Excellent Service?
If you have received excellent service and wish to leave gratuity, you may do so at your discretion. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.
