To accommodate all clients at Essential Esthetics by Zoey, we have adopted a few policies designed to benefit our clients experience and help us provide excellent service.

No fine print!

Need to change your appointment?

Kindly give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, allowing us to accommodate other guests.

Less than 24 hours - 25% of schedule service

Running Late?

Kindly let us know as soon as you know. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service.

Have Kids?

In order to maintain a peaceful environment, please leave children and additional guests at home. They will not be permitted in the spa.

Excellent Service?

If you have received excellent service and wish to leave gratuity, you may do so at your discretion. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.
